Include your phone model, iOS or Android version, Fittor version, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps. Leave out personal workout history unless we specifically need it to investigate.
Keep your history safe
Choose a log directory in Fittor’s Settings and check that there is no backup error. Each device should use its own backup folder.
If a backup or restore reports an error, keep the existing app and files. Contact support before deleting the app, clearing its data, or replacing a backup.
Local-first by design
No Fittor account, advertising, or analytics SDK. A folder you select may be managed by a cloud provider; that provider’s own privacy practices apply.
